Dennis has been rated AV (“preeminent”) by his legal peers in the field of healthcare law. Dennis is a graduate of Dickinson College (1976) and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law (1982). He received his Masters in the Laws of Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1985. Dennis served as an active duty and reserve Marine Corps infantry officer for more than 20 years.
